Neuromuscular Sports Massage

A 45-minute treatment safely and effectively treating soft tissue and muscular pain, injury and dysfunction.

A variety of techniques are used depending on your condition, including NMT (Neuromuscular Technique), joint stretching and articulation, STR (Soft Tissue Release) and vibratory movements to locate and repair any damage caused to muscles, tendons, fascia and joints. You may feel some slight discomfort during the session while the therapist is working over tender trigger points within the muscle. Treatments will be discussed with you and any recommendations for further sessions will be made where necessary.

Frequency Specific Microcurrent Treatment

Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) is an exciting method for treating nerve and muscle pain and many other conditions using specific frequencies and micro amperage current.

IcE Treatment

A 15-minute ice treatment can target inflammation around the joint. Compression along with ice enables new blood to flow to the areas injured, speeding up recovery time.
